Ascending Feather

Inspired by the ancient Chinese ideal of “ascending to immortality through metamorphosis,” Metamorphosis of Feathers translates the yearning for flight into sculptural form. Forged in stainless steel, its flowing curves evoke wings in mid-transformation—still yet alive with motion. The piece reflects humanity’s eternal desire to transcend limitation, to rise from gravity toward light and boundless freedom. Through the shifting play of reflection, the sculpture invites the viewer into a dialogue between matter and spirit, stillness and ascension.
